A 30-day headache diary that does something useful at the end.
Each day you answer one question: how did your headache affect you today? You can add which medications you used, log a voice note, or keep it simple.
After 30 days, you get a Visit Ready Report — a plain-English summary of your headache patterns, medication use, and how your headaches affected your daily life. Something you can actually use at your next appointment. No doctor’s visit required to start. No insurance involved. Just your data, your device, and a summary that belongs to you.
Here’s what you’re signing up for.
30 seconds a day. One question, every day, for 30 days. You can add more — voice notes, medication logs — but the core check-in takes about 30 seconds.
A report at the end. After 30 days, you generate a Visit Ready Report summarizing your patterns. Yours to keep, share with your doctor, or do nothing with.
Honest feedback. We'll ask how the tool is working for you. No formal surveys — just a couple of questions at the end of the 30 days.
Your data stays yours. This is a personal logging tool. Your data is not shared with any healthcare provider through the platform during the pilot. You can delete everything at any time.
Anyone living with a headache disorder.
Migraine, cluster headache, post-traumatic headache, new daily persistent headache, or any other headache disorder. Episodic or chronic. Whether you’ve been managing this for six months or thirty years. You don’t need to be seeing a headache specialist. You don’t need to be on any particular medication. You just need to be willing to track for 30 days.
